About

India grows it well.
Getting it there is the gap.

India grows world-class produce. What fails is consistency between the farm and the shelf. That gap is the whole business.

We fix the middle: grade to a published spec, cut the four-to-five-hop chain, and hold an unbroken cold lane from pack-house to dock.

Organized buyers — quick-commerce, HoReCa, modern trade, processors — don't need more supply. They need the same grade, on the same day, every time. That's what we build.

The name

Tri — three sides: farm, grading, buyer. DESI — Indian-grown, of the soil.

Operating principles

Four rules we run on.

01

Grade, don't guess

A published spec beats a good relationship with a trader. Every lot is measured.

02

Shorten the chain

Buy at source. Every hop removed is damage avoided and freshness kept.

03

Keep the cold

Cold-chain isn't a feature, it's the baseline. Unbroken, every lot.

04

Say only what's true

We label roadmap as roadmap and never claim a certification we don't hold.

Sourcing network

We work with the people who grow it.

Twenty-three-plus FPO and farmer-group relationships, mandi and trader networks, and direct farm-gate procurement across nine states. It runs on a pan-India network we already operate — and we handle produce exports too.

23+FPO & farmer-group relationships
9States with procurement access
Pan-IndiaSourcing & logistics network
ExportProduce for overseas buyers

We work with farmers and FPOs on a straightforward basis: consistent offtake for spec-matched produce. That's the whole arrangement.

Roadmap

What we're building next.

Now

Capsicum & daily veg

Capsicum graded to spec, plus a daily-vegetable and herb basket, delivered cold.

Next

Exotic vegetables

Broccoli, zucchini, lettuce, cherry tomato, baby corn, mushroom — the same grading discipline.

Then

Fruit & deeper exports

Seasonal fruit and a widening export book, as lanes prove out at volume.

Team

Operators, not middlemen.

A lean team from produce sourcing, quality and supply-chain operations. Full team profiles are on the way.
