Operations

Built to plug into
how you run.

Written for ops and procurement. How ordering works, what to expect on lead times and delivery, and how we handle the exceptions.

Ordering models

Order the way you operate.

Contracted volumes

Fixed weekly or daily volumes against an agreed grade and calendar. The default for planned operations.

Indent-based

Order to a rolling indent when your demand flexes week to week.

Spot

One-off graded lots when you need to cover a gap — same spec discipline, no long commitment.

How we supply

Farm to dock,
in five steps.

One short chain, one temperature, one grade. Every lot travels the same controlled path.

  1. 01

    Source

Direct from FPOs, farmer groups and mandi partners in the producing belts. We buy at source, not four hops down the chain.

  2. 02

    Grade

Each lot is inspected against a published spec and assigned a TriDESI grade — size, colour, firmness, blemish, shelf life.

  3. 03

    Pack

Grade-wise packing and labelling, with a lot ID applied so every carton is traceable to its origin.

  4. 04

    Cold-chain

Temperature-controlled handling from pack-house to delivery — an unbroken cold lane, not opportunistic transport.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Scheduled delivery windows with a docket carrying the full lot trace, from origin FPO to your dock.

What to expect

The operating detail.

Lead times & windows

Defined lead times with scheduled delivery windows agreed per account and city. Planned supply, not spot scrambles.

Packaging & labelling

Grade-wise packing in formats that suit your line — bulk CFB, kitchen sizes or shelf-ready — each labelled with a lot ID.

Delivery points

We deliver to dark stores, central kitchens and distribution centres, on the windows your operation runs to.

Escalation & contact

A named point of contact per account and a clear escalation path, so a dock issue reaches a decision-maker fast.
